1. About us

These terms are between you and YMM Services Ltd (company number 11878442), trading as G-Tech Repair.

G-Tech Repair is a mobile phone and tablet repair business in North London, run by Gershy Tunk. You can contact us on WhatsApp 07857 345683 or at repairs@gtechrepair.co.uk.

2. Quotes and prices

• Prices on our website include parts and labour.
• Website prices are a guide. We confirm the final price with you before any work starts.
• If we find another fault once the device is open, we will tell you and ask before doing any extra work or charging more.

3. Before your repair

• Back up your data (photos, contacts, messages) before the repair.
• Remove your SIM card, memory card and case.
• Only give us your passcode if we need it to test the device, and we will tell you if we do.

4. Your data

We take care with your device and your information. Repairs can occasionally cause data loss, so we are not responsible for any loss of data. This is why we ask you to back up first. We never look through your personal content.

5. Existing damage and hidden faults

A device that is already damaged, bent or has had liquid in it may have hidden faults. Some of these only show up after a repair, and can also make a repair fail. We will always tell you if we spot anything like this, but we can’t be responsible for faults that were already there.

6. Parts

We use high-quality replacement parts. Genuine or original parts are used where stated in your quote.

7. Payment

Payment is due when the repair is complete.

8. Uncollected devices

If a device left with us is not collected within 90 days of us telling you it’s ready, we will try to contact you. If we can’t reach you, we may recycle or sell the device to cover the cost of the repair.

9. Warranty

Repairs come with our warranty: 12 months on parts and workmanship, and 6 months on batteries. See the full warranty terms.

10. Our liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
