YMM Services Ltd (company number 11878442), trading as G-Tech Repair (run by Gershy Tunk, North London), is responsible for the personal information you share with us. Questions? Email repairs@gtechrepair.co.uk.
We only collect what you send us when you book on our website or contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, and what we need for your repair:
Our website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The quote basket on the prices page is stored only on your own device and is never sent to us.
When you book a repair on our website, we ask for your name, phone number, email (optional), address, postcode, preferred date and time, and any notes. When you tap Confirm booking, these details and your chosen repairs are sent to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-processing service that passes them on to our business inbox. Nothing is sent before you tap Confirm booking. If you choose Send booking on WhatsApp instead, the details go to us as a WhatsApp message. Until you send, the details stay only in your browser and are cleared when you close the page.
Like every website, our web host may keep basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t use it for marketing without asking you.
Only when needed to help you. Messaging services such as WhatsApp carry our messages with you. Website bookings pass through FormSubmit, the form service that emails them to us, and are kept in our email inbox. Our parts suppliers never get your personal data.
We keep repair records for up to 2 years, for warranty support and our accounts. After that we delete them.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
